Recommended Transactional Analysis Therapists
Finding the right therapist is so important! Ask yourself: Do I feel comfortable with this person? If there’s a bit of an edge, does it feel safe and possible to explore that? If I don’t have availability or you don’t feel that ‘right fit’ with me, I encourage you to keep looking for a therapist who’s right for you. During my training, I’ve had the privilege of meeting many wonderful therapists. Here are three I highly recommend.
